It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a 1,000 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises - 30 m² living room with single sofa bed, TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), with cot and en-suite bathroom with bath, Italian shower and WC - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and bunk bed - Laundry room with separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A beautiful 1,000 m² garden surrounded by salt marshes and a 35 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bouin, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities: - Bouin marsh and dyke loop, discover oyster huts, the Pointe des Poloux and the vast expanses of the Marais Breton Vendéen. - Hiking and cycling, explore the typical landscapes of the region, between salt marshes, dykes and picturesque harbors. - Explore the island of Noirmoutier, with its wild beaches, bike rides, local specialties and authentic charm, a 35-minute drive away. - Nantes is a 45min drive away, a vibrant city where history, art and imagination meet at the heart of a living, astonishing heritage Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the spaces in the courtyard on the north side of the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bourgneuf-en-Retz train station, 11 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Nantes-Atlantique airport, 43min by car.
Other remarks : - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15 per stay and per pet, please specify when booking. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).

L'emplacement, le calme, l'environnement naturel, la maison décorée avec goût. Ce fut un séjour vraiment très agréable et reposant.
Il est dommage que des équipements de base soient absents : éponge, serpillère, un torchon, épicerie de base (sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre), au moins un rouleau de papier toilette (nous sommes restés 4 jours). La télé ne semble pas fonctionner.
Il aurait été apprécié d'avoir à disposition un ou deux vélos pour les balades.

- Nous avons apprecié la quiétude de la maison située au milieu des champs : quelle merveille de se réveiller face à la nature avec le chant des avocettes !
- L'endroit est aussi à proximité des ports où déguster de très bonnes huîtres !
- Jeux de société à disposition.
- Tout ce qu'il faut pour n...
Pas de wifi, pas de télé (il y en a une mais elle ne fonctionne pas... même si en réalité cela ne nous pas manqué!), pas de poubelle à l'extérieur à disposition pour y déposer nos ordures.
