In the hamlet Gittana 3.5 km from the centre of Varenna, 3 km from the centre of Perledo, 25 km from the centre of Lecco, 1.3 km from the lake. 3 km long narrow motor access.
Public parking 50 m. Shop 3 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 30 m, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Varenna" 3.5 km, grass beach "Bellano" 5 km. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 35 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Hiking paths: Sentiero del Viandante 200 m. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Privacy en authenticiteit locatie
Goed ter been zijn en in conditie om makkelijk nabij gelegen grotere dorpen te bereiken! Afstand in km is niet relevant. Het gaat om bergpaden. Dito met de auto. Veel haarspeldbochten. Er zijn 2 wegen , om boven te komen. 1 is met een auto langer dan 4 m bijna niet te doen.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub (5 Personen) gehabt. Die Kommunikation mit Daniele war sehr gut. Man konnte ihm jeder Zeit schreiben und man hat auch schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Es war sauber und man hatte genug Platz gehabt. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass das Haus oben auf dem Berg ist und man jedesmal rauf und runter fahren muss, uns hat es nicht gestört deswegen war das auch ok.
Es hätte vielleicht mehr an Geschirrauswahl geben können.

Die Wohnung war in einem nicht guten Zustand, die Sauberkeit und Hygiene lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Verschimmelte Duschkabine, Klobrille passte nicht auf Kloschüssel (zu klein), keine Ablagemöglichkeiten und Handtuchaufhänger im Badezimmer. Küche: Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe und das gesammte Küc...
