Key handover takes place via a safe at the Kraushaar Ferienwohnungen Servicebüro at Wicheldorfstraße 2, 23743 Grömitz.
Parking information: The entrance height to the underground garage is 1.90 m.
Due to pipes within the garage, the height is partly reduced to 1.70 m.
We therefore recommend entering with a car height of maximum 1.70 cm. The apartment features a large furnished balcony offering a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the pier.
The apartment has a spacious living room with a flatscreen TV for entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen with a stove (touchscreen ceramic hob), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. leaves nothing to be desired.
After an eventful day on holiday, a bedroom with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) and an additional single bed (80x200 cm) in a separate bedroom ensure relaxation and peace.
Both bedrooms have roller shutters.
A bright, modern bathroom with an almost level-access shower and toilet will delight you.
The building has a lift, and a parking space (clearance height 1.90 m) is available to you free of charge.
The Grömitz Center also has a laundry room equipped with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Einrichtung etwas spartanisch in Bezug auf Geschirr etc.
Zu dem Preis sollte die Küche mit Spülmaschine sein.
