Master bedroom with 2 Queen beds and a bonus twin bed, Guest bedroom has 2 Full beds, convertible 3rd bedroom has a twin.
The convertible 3rd bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy in the evening and opens for use during the day.
This apartment has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with direct ocean and beach views.
Kitchen includes all major appliances, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc.
The dining room provides seating for 6-8.
Wi-Fi and Cable TV included, washer/dryer in unit. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 9 guests.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Alexander. It was clean, great beach access and nice pool for the kids. The check-in and out process was quick and easy. The on-site cafe had great staff and an enjoyable place for a light breakfast. The convenience store on-site was helpful but very expensive so...

We booked this property for a bachelorette party with 7 girls. Any more than that would be tight, but this was perfect for us! The location was amazing, the beach was 3 min walk away and the pool at the property felt like a resort. We rented a boat for a day and it was right across the street so easy access to a lot of things. Uber only 10 min to south beach clubs. Highly recommend!
