Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The Liverpool Lime Street station is only a 10-minute walk away, and the James Street station is 1.2 km away.
The Hamilton Square station is also nearby, making it easy to get around the city.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will need to verify your identity before you can check into the flat.
You can check in at any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Please ensure all windows and doors are locked upon your departure.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). No vandalism Do not touch WiFi and Hive connector Do not walk with shoes inside the flat.
There is a shoe organizer in the hallway where shoes can be stored.
Turnover services are coordinated via the GuestReady Marketplace.

We offer comfortable and affordable accommodation in a great location, perfect for exploring all that Liverpool has to offer. The neighborhood is great, with both families and students. It’s a very safe area, never experienced anything criminal. There is a Tesco express close by, that is open until late.
