This studio has been thoughtfully designed to provide you with a unique and cozy experience. Inside, you'll find a comfortable double bed and a convenient sofa bed, making it the perfect retreat for couples, families, or friends looking to enjoy a joint stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a diverse selection of kitchen utensils. Additionally, the bathroom has been stocked with all the essential amenities, such as towels, personal hygiene products, and a hairdryer. Furthermore, this studio boasts a balcony with views of the pool, offering a relaxing environment for your leisure moments.
Despite being a studio, every inch of this space has been cleverly utilized to ensure guest comfort. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a pleasant stay. Moreover, the building in which this apartment is located offers the additional appeal of a pool that opens during the summer season, perfect for cooling off and unwinding after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Madrid.

Furthermore, you are a short ride away on public transport from prominent tourist destinations like Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, and the majestic Royal Palace. GETTING AROUND
The studio has the advantage of being in close proximity to Delicias metro station, Line 3, and the suburban train station (Renfe). Additionally, the availability of buses and taxis in the area ensures you'll always have additional transportation options at your disposal for comfortable navigation around the city and discovering all that Madrid has to offer.

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport upon check-in.
-Events and/or parties are not allowed.
-For stays of 28 days or longer, electricity and gas consumption are not included and will be the responsibility of the guest.-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
