Just 700m from Le Nau beach, and 800m from the center of Le Pouliguen, our house is at the heart of all amenities, yet in a quiet location.
Ground floor: bright living room (table and chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV stand), fully fitted and equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large American fridge/freezer, Nespresso, toaster, food processor), utility room, separate toilet, 1 double bedroom (new 160cm bedding), shower room (basin, shower).
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom (bath and washbasin).
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds 80 (can be brought together to sleep 160), with a lovely children's book and games area.
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160, plenty of storage space.

The living room opens onto a 35 m2 terrace with south/west exposure, where you can enjoy lunch or relax.
Table and chairs, deckchairs, ping-pong table and a pétanque court are at your disposal.

Bicycles can be stored at the side of the house, and parking is available in the courtyard.

You'll also find some welcome products on site.
This is a "base" that will give you time to go shopping.
Paper towels, garbage can liners, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, greaseproof paper, aluminum foil, cling film, sponges, dishwashing detergent, basic cleaning products, vacuum cleaner and mop, laundry detergent, clothespins and drying rack, toilet paper, hand soap, 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat, comforters, pillows and undersheets for each bed.

Amélie will be delighted to welcome you, but an independent arrival is possible if required (late arrival, increased summer activity...).
