This spacious house, located in the heart of the secure Lac and Golf Saint-Thomas estate in Béziers, is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in a preserved natural setting, with absolute peace and quiet in the middle of the garrigue.
The property can accommodate up to 7 guests and features three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with duvets and pillows.
On the ground floor, the first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and its own private shower room with washbasin.
Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with a shower room and washbasin, while the third bedroom has three single beds (90 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, and toilet.
The living spaces are generous and bright, with a large living/dining area that is pleasant to enjoy in any season.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook comfortably on a daily basis and includes a classic filter coffee maker, a mini oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, two refrigerators, a freezer, a wine cellar if needed, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils.
A utility room provides convenient storage space, and a separate toilet is located on the ground floor. Outside, several areas allow you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
A south-facing shaded terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and a dining area, while a large north-facing outdoor space, cooler in summer, also offers outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and an electric plancha.
Calm and relaxation are guaranteed throughout the day. The house offers access to the estate’s shared swimming pool, open during the summer season.
The Saint-Thomas 18-hole golf course, renowned for its natural setting and tranquility, is within walking distance from the house.

Idéalement situé à 20 min de Béziers et Bessan. Et 25 min des plus belles plage de la région.
Super propre, au calme. La résidence est top et il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde. La piscine est très bien pour les enfants.
