On the ground floor, two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and two with single beds, while upstairs there is one bedroom with a double bed and one with bunk beds. Two bathrooms on the ground floor, one with shower and one with bathtub, and the last one also with shower on the upper floor, complete the comforts of the house.

The property is located in a quiet residential area close to the sea. Just 20 metres away, you will find a rocky beach, while an extensive sandy beach, more than 1 kilometre long, is only 500 metres away. At the end of the urbanisation, there are a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy. There is also a stand up paddle board rental, ideal for a fun morning with your companions. Just a 10 minute drive away is Ca'n Picafort, an urbanised area offering a wide selection of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure options.
