Check-in after 7:00 PM is possible only upon prior notification by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and upon presentation of required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extras by credit card at check-in. Heating is active from October to April (during this period, heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°C or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C). Air conditioning is active from June to September (during this period, air conditioning is not active if the outside temperature drops below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or drops below 23°C). Charging electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted unless otherwise stated in the listing.
If permitted, it is available only upon reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at an additional variable cost. In case of waste of electricity, gas, or other utilities, an additional charge will apply (e.g., lights left on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows). It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to allow humidity to escape the apartment and prevent mold formation.
If this rule is not followed and mold is found upon guests' departure, charges will be applied for restoring the apartment's integrity. Due to the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with food items such as kitchen spices or various consumables like shampoo, soap, etc.
Any consumables present are considered a welcome kit only and will not be refilled during your stay. Payments required to access the apartment are the tourist tax + a pre-authorization of the security deposit of €500 by credit card. The final cleaning fee covers standard cleaning only.
It does not include washing dishes or removing trash from the apartments to the designated points.
