Once inside, the house has 2 floors. Ground floor: We find the kitchen, the living room, 2 double bedrooms, and two full bathrooms.
The kitchen leads to the balcony with views of the Urdaibai Natural Reserve. First floor: An open-plan area, which includes a living area and a sleeping area, another double bedroom, and a bathroom. PRIVILEGED ENVIRONMENT Surrounded by the Gernika estuary and the hills of San Miguel de Ereñozar, Gautegiz Arteaga offers multiple options for nature lovers. - Urdaibai Bird Center: A bird observatory and interpretation center where you can learn about the biodiversity of the reserve. - Hermitage of San Pedro de Atxarre: Located on Mount Atxarre (312 m), it offers one of the best panoramic views of the Urdaibai estuary. - Nearby beaches (5 min): The beaches of Laida and Laga, located a short distance away, are ideal for water sports such as surfing, kayaking, and sailing.
Even closer is the secret beach of Kanala. DISTANCES - 200m from the town square where you can enjoy authentic local pintxos and wines. - 300m from the spectacular 13th-century Arteaga Castle. - Between 4 and 7 km from beautiful beaches. - 5 km from Guernica, 7 km from Elantxobe, and 9 km from Ea. - 40 km from Bilbao. WORK AREAS There are several work areas: one in one of the ground-floor bedrooms and another in the small living room on the second floor.
