Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest metro stations, Xàtive, Colón and Àngel Guimerá, are approximately 10-minute walking distance. Valencia Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Located on the 2nd floor with an elevator, it combines comfort and style in a privileged location. The living room includes a smart TV and a comfortable sofa for relaxing, as well as a small terrace overlooking the street—perfect for enjoying a coffee or a drink.

Next to the living area, you’ll find the dining space, and behind it, the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials: cookware, stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The master bedroom features a double bed and plenty of storage space, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed and wardrobe, making it ideal for friends or family.
