Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, Parque Calero, Cdad.
Lineal, is just a 1-minute walk. Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

This delightful 71 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is designed with open and vibrant living and kitchen areas.
The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising while cooking.
It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. There are three bedrooms.
The first bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed and multiple storage spaces.
The other two bedrooms each have a comfortable single bed. Two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay.
After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. IMPORTANT: To access the upstairs bedrooms, please note that there are narrow stairs to climb, as shown in the photos. Enjoy your stay!

Great location - good connection to the centre and other areas of Madrid, multiple types of public transport. Very spacious, perfect for multiple people and for longer stays. Self check-in very convenient for early/late arrival.

The flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood, but within walking distance of Madrid's main attractions and well served by public transport. With three bedrooms, including one in the basement, it is ideal for travelling with others and perfect for a long weekend.
