There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence of a breach of this policy (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum smoking fee of €200.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use of utilities policy will apply with a limit of 80 euros.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

We were 4 guests and they only gave us one set of keys, we asked for another and they wanted to charge €20 which I thought was an abuse considering we paid over €1000, they have met minimum standards for accommodation.

The flat is exactly as advertised. My family and I had a great time. The only thing was that there weren't many kitchen utensils and the flat wasn't as clean as it should have been.
