Sauberkeit und gute Parkmöglichkeit.
Ich bekam nicht das bestätigte Haus Nr. 5, sondern Nr. 6 und hatte somit nicht die gewünschte Morgensonne. Es ist nur die absolute Grundausstattung im Haus. Es fehlten z.b. Schere und Schneebesen.
Ruhige Lage, alles gut zu erreichen.
