Exclusive one-room flat, raised ground floor in a particularly convenient location, with 3 floor-to-ceiling lattice windows and separate kitchen with dishwasher, particularly high-quality furnishings, large double bed, dining table, 2 armchairs, TV, modern white shower room, W-LAN, close to the entrance area and the large entrance terrace, daily towel change and bed linen included.
Payment conditions (different from the terms and conditions): When booking via the spa administration or via "Feratel" exclusively by bank transfer no later than 14 days after booking completion.
Description of the accommodation
Absolutely central - and yet quiet. The family-run Parkvilla Mathilde is located in the old, grown and particularly beautiful part of the town centre, directly at the dune access to the main beach and the seawater adventure pool with panoramic sauna area. Shops, restaurants, cafés, banks, etc. are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot.
The modern apartment building with its one-three-room flats also impresses with its professional staff, including the receptionist, and the above-average cleanliness throughout the Parkvilla. The landscaped garden with its furnished terraces invites you to sunbathe and linger.

The following services are included in the flat price:
- Provision of high-quality hand and shower towels, these are changed daily if required except on Saturdays (no beach towels)
- Bed linen, children's bed linen, cots, highchairs, extra beds
- Tea towels, microfibre cloths, dishwasher tabs for existing dishwashers, washing-up liquid, cleaning utensils
How to get there
On arrival at Juist harbour, a limited number of luggage trolleys marked "Parkvilla Mathilde" are available to our guests free of charge. You can easily reach the Parkvilla on foot in about 8 minutes or you can use the carriage service. All guests are warmly welcomed by our lovely housekeeper, Mrs Krystyna Puda, who will show you to the flats.
