We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Blackrock, is just a 4-minute walk.
Dublin's airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). The UK king-size beds are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable rest.
Additionally, one of the bedrooms features a balcony with a sea view, perfect for enjoying morning coffee.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

This is really nice apartment to stay. Good location with few steps to the Blackrock village and Dart station. There are parking areas down stairs. It just make everything so easy. There is a room facing to the sea, our son is watching the sunrise on his bed!!!

Well located within walking distance of restaurants, markets, and Dart station. Easy to park behind the building for 3 hours per metered payment. Best to move your car to a different space each time you add to the meter.Pay and place receipt on dashboard of car. Currently, 5 Euros for 3 hours. Park overnight at no charge starting at 19:00 to 08:00 the following morning.

Lovely place, so clean and tidy. Super location beside the village and dart station. Would definitely stay again in the future, as a gem of a place. The pictures and description is accurate per the profile.
