You'll also have access to a private underground garage, a real asset in the city center. On the second floor of the apartment, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms.
The first has two single beds (90x200) and practical storage.
The second is a master suite with a double bed (160x200), a spacious dressing room, and a private bathroom with toilet. Also on the second floor, a bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a separate toilet are also available.
For added convenience, a laundry room completes this floor. On the third floor, you'll be charmed by the bright living room, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for sharing delicious meals.
