The apartment, located close to the beach, impresses with its spacious and bright furnishings and offers accommodation for up to 6 people.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
Furthermore, the building features a sauna that can be used for a fee. As a special highlight, a beach chair is available to you free of charge from May 1st to September 30th. Prices are per night for 2 people.
For each additional person, an extra charge of €10.00 per night will be applied.
Utilities are included in the first night's cost.
Towels and bed linen can be booked for an additional fee, as well as a high chair and a baby cot. The apartment invites you to relax and unwind with a tastefully furnished living and dining area.
On "bad weather days," a game collection, a selection of books for all ages, or the television will banish boredom.
Naturally, the apartment also offers free Wi-Fi.
The dining area provides ample space for everyone, including a high chair for children from approximately 3 years of age.
The very well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is perfect for self-catering.
In pleasant weather, you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine. All three bedrooms can be darkened with external blinds.
They are divided as follows: 1st bedroom with a double bed and TV, 2nd bedroom with a double bed, 3rd bedroom with two single beds and a changing table that can be folded down if needed. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and an additional guest toilet complete this beautiful holiday apartment. Should you need to do laundry during your holiday, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee. You can leave your car in the apartment's associated garage for your entire holiday, as the well-maintained residential complex where your holiday home is located is approximately 700 meters from the town center and 200 meters from beach access.
Here you will find peace away from the hustle and bustle, yet you can reach the beach in just a few minutes on foot.
