We are proud to present this cozy two-bedroom apartment located in Ed Molino Blanco. It is ideally located just off La Zenia´s main roads so that you are close to all amenities but with the bonus of quieter roads for easier parking. This property has access to outdoor communal pools that are free for guests to use. In compliance with Real Decreto 9/2024 for Midterm rentals.
You enter the property into the open-plan living and dining space, here you will find a comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, wall-mounted television and a four-person wooden dining table. The television is a smart tv. The kitchen is a traditional gally style with a door at the end that leads to the galleria where the washing machine and boiler are housed. The living room also has air conditioning that works both hot and cold.
The master bedroom has a double bed, two bedside cabinets, and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has twin single beds, one bedside cabinet, and a built-in wardrobe. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels adequate for the season.
The balcony is located just off the living room and has a 4-person table and chairs, it overlooks the communal area between the buildings.
The pool is ample and also boasts a separate children's pool, it has bricked floor surroundings.

Check-in is from 16.00-23.59. Please be aware that any arrivals between 10.00 am - 14.00 hrs and 21:00 pm and 23.59 pm carry an early/late check-in fee of 35€. Arrivals after 23.59 , must be advised and agreed upon with prior notice, and when available, a 50€ fee is applicable.
Check-out is by 11:00am.

Within a 2-minute walk of the property you have the commercial centre Zenia Mar, here you will find many bars and restaurants as well. At the top of the road you have Centro Commercial Costa, here you also have an extensive choice of amenities including Side Street café, Bassus, Avanti, McDonald's and more. Zenia Boulevard is just a 10-minute walk away…….
You also have 3 supermarkets on your doorstep, Consume is a 5 min walk away and both Lidl and Mercadona are also within a 10-15-minute walk.
For beaches, la Zenia beach is a 20-minute walk away, but along this part of the coastline, you have many more to choose from all within a 10-minute drive.
For the avid golfers, Campomore, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are all within a 10-minute drive with many more within a 30-minute drive as well.
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in the Costa Blanca. The property is close to both the N332 and the AP7 so getting to and from both Murcia and Alicante Airports.
