The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas cooktop and an electric oven. The dining area comfortably seats seven, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar.
Four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms offer flexibility: a master suite with an ensuite bathroom, a queen-sized room, and two twin rooms with single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fans, heaters, ample pillows, and bedside lighting for a restful stay. Two bathrooms and a separate powder room on the ground floor provide added convenience. A dedicated workspace tucked into the dining area offers a quiet spot for productivity. The private laundry room within the home includes a washer and dryer for guest use.

You are staying in a friendly and quiet neighborhood. We kindly ask you to respect the community and your neighbors. The following strict house rules apply:

– No noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
– No parties or antisocial behavior.
– No entry to the property without our prior authorization.
– Pets are not permitted without authorization.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited.
– If you break something, please inform us.
– To protect all floor coverings, please remove shoes indoors.

Please note that excessive noise, such as amplified music, singing, or shouting, or antisocial behavior within the property or common areas can lead to complaints from neighbors to us, the property manager, city rangers, or the police.

IMPORTANT:
– Any violation of the house rules may result in a $500 fine, plus compensation for any costs/damages incurred and immediate eviction from the property without refund.
– Pets are allowed upon request if the property is not explicitly listed as pet-friendly. An additional cleaning fee of $200 applies for stays with pets.

Please take note of the following upon check-out:

- Please leave all beds unmade.
- Please clear and store your dishes.
- If you have moved any furniture, please return it to its original position.
- Please take out the rubbish and use the designated bins.
- Please ensure all appliances, air conditioning, and lights are turned off, and doors and windows are closed.
- Please thoroughly check your property before departure to avoid unintentionally leaving items behind.

We are not responsible for any items left behind after your stay. Should a guest report a missing item, we will make every effort to locate it for you, but cannot guarantee its recovery. If the item is found, we are happy to arrange its return to an Australian address (shipping and handling fees will apply).
