On the ground floor, enjoy a vast 100 m² living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, filter and capsule coffee makers, kettle, toaster, sandwich/waffle maker.

The cozy lounge features a large wood stove, TV with Chromecast, foosball table, and board games.

A bathroom with WC completes this level. Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and WC.

A large shared bathroom with 2 showers and a separate WC is also available.

Body and hair soap provided in the showers. Outside, enjoy a walled garden with a wooden terrace, garden furniture, and gas barbecue.
