The booking process and communication leading up to stay were effective and appropriately efficient.
Upon arrival, the house was freshly clean with all appointed linen in place.
The house is a decent size with lovely green area and seating.

We had a fantastic week in Ballybunion. The location was brilliant. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. There were 3 generations of us there and everyone had a fantastic time and loved the house and location. We have already booked no. 4 for next summer. Thank you Trdent

Great location & very helpful backup service from Siobhan and her team.
This is the second year I've stayed in this wonderful house but was disappointed that it's modernisation has not taken place i.e. upgrading of kitchen with new appliances and the introduction of Smart TV. (missed Wimbledon tennis again this year !).
