There’s a living area with a fireplace, a bathroom with underfloor heating and a good shower, and a kitchen with a Range cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all basic utensils.
The property includes Wi-Fi, central heating, a TV, and one bedroom for two guests. The farmhouse is located within an RSPB Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in Snowdonia.

Pandy Farmhouse is located just outside the town, in the Islaw’rdref area, only a short drive from Dolgellau itself.
