No matter the season, there's plenty to offer here – the magnificent, unspoiled nature and the diverse recreational opportunities all around make every stay a great experience for young and old! The quiet, village location of our house, away from the hustle and bustle, ensures a restful atmosphere after an active day of vacation.
Larger towns, the surrounding mountain lifts, and other recreational facilities are just a few minutes away by car, public transport, or bicycle.
We look forward to welcoming you! Parking directly at the house, children's prices up to 13 years old, final cleaning included, dogs welcome (we charge €8 per night, please inquire in advance).
Arrival and departure according to availability and arrangement, possibly also more flexible.
Non-smoking apartments – smoking is permitted on the balcony.
Storage facilities for bicycles and ski equipment.
Public e-charging station approx. 300m from the house.
Arrival is possible from 3 PM.
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time.
The apartment is available to you until 10 AM on your departure day.
We request a deposit of 20% upon booking; you are welcome to transfer the remaining balance a few days before arrival or pay in cash on site.
