Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. It is conveniently located within walking distance of two metro stations, Goya (4 minutes walk) and O'Donnell (5 minutes walk). This central location provides easy access to public transportation, making it a convenient choice for travellers looking to explore the city. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and much more.
There is also a washing machine. The first bedroom has a cozy double bed and closet, while the second bedroom includes a comfortable twin bed that converts into a double bed. All beds are equipped with linens. The bathroom is equipped with everything needed to freshen up, including towels and toiletries.
Please note that this space is small, so it is worth taking into account. To top it off, the space is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.

Great location, best location impossible, everything as in the photo, the only small thing is the bathroom which is very small and a person with weight gain can not take a shower, the sink is like a doll, but the rest is fantastic.

The area is one of the best, I rented there just because of the area, there is everything nearby and metro station as well. The flat looks just like the pictures, but the bathroom is very very small, the sink and shower are extremely small. The room with the single bed is a freezer, even though ther...
