We are nestled in the heart of New Zealand's beautiful South Island.
Our bedroom no 4 has King Single size bed with natural Latex mattress and is suitable for single person who is looking for a relaxing spot after all adventures or as a spot from which is all those possible.
We have air-conditioning in shared lounge.
We have 2 car-parks on the property and two a front of the property.
You would find fully equipped kitchen to share with other travelers, perfect for whipping up delicious meals, a washing machine for added convenience.
Take a break from the day and unwind in the evenings with wireless internet access, keeping you connected to the world outside.
While we don't have a swimming pool, our property is surrounded by beautiful garden plus great scenery just short drive away, offering plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration.
Located in Motueka, you're just a short drive from the town's shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Visit the nearby Motueka Farmers' Market, explore the beautiful beaches, or take a scenic drive through the surrounding countryside.

This 4 bedroom house and offers another bedrooms - King Single with single Trundle bed underneath, Queen size Hybrid Latex bed and King size Hybrid Latex bed, they are listed separately.

Bathroom is now lockable from inside, the room is lockable from inside, but unfortunately not from outside so you need to take your valuables with you.
This is not standard rental, this is our home which we freed up mainly over the Xmas holiday due to our travel.

Charmerande hus i fint läge. Trädgården var full av fantastiska blommor och växter att njuta av. Stort kök med allt man kan behöva och sköna sängar.
Priset var lite för högt med tanke på vad andra boender kostar. Endast en toalett i huset.

Very clean and tidy and excellent communication, plus we forgot a few things behind when we left, and they where very helpful in sending us our belongings, and we enjoyed the free fruits from the garden 😀
