This spacious, detached house is entirely on one level, with a wide central hallway that opens onto the bright living area on the south side. Large windows and French doors provide abundant natural light and direct contact with the outdoors.

The house is fully accessible for guests using a wheelchair, mobility scooter, or walker. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the north side, one of which has a high-low bed. Privacy between the sleeping area and the living room is easily created with a curtain in the hallway.

The house is surrounded by a spacious private garden of approximately 700 m² with unobstructed views of the meadows. The sunny south-facing terrace is wheelchair accessible and invites you to relax outdoors. There is space to store bicycles in the shed.

Surroundings
The Friesian village of Boijl is located northeast of Wolvega, on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold. This national park literally offers you all the space you need for a nice walk or cycle trip. In the village itself, you can relax in Sauna Het Friese Woud, which includes a steam bath, hot whirlpool and swimming pools. Would you like to go out for the day? Then visit one of the nice places nearby, such as Vledder, Diever or Appelscha. The latter is also recommended for children: here they can have fun at Verkeers- en Attractiepark Duinen Zathe. And the Koloniën van Weldadigheid (UNESCO world heritage site) in Wilhelminaoord and Frederiksoord are also well worth a visit.
