The Zettersfeld Alm is located at approx. 1,800 m altitude in the fantastic ski and hiking area of Zettersfeld – Lienz's sun terrace.
The beautiful, high-alpine scenery invites you to an unforgettable holiday.
The approximately 70-year-old hut was lovingly renovated by hand in 2022 and equipped with the necessary comforts.
The cozy wood-burning stove with a viewing window provides pleasant warmth (wood is provided).
Situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, at the edge of a sparse settlement, you have a wonderful view over the entire Lienz valley floor down to the Carinthian Gate.
Behind the hut, a brick grill invites you to shared and relaxing barbecue evenings.
An excursion to the beautiful old town of Lienz with many shopping and leisure opportunities is recommended.
The idyllic Tristacher See lake near Lienz invites you for a swim.
In summer, the hut can be reached via a well-maintained municipal road.
You can drive up to approx. 50 meters from the hut for loading and unloading.
The last few meters lead down a short path (dirt track).
In winter, the hut is located directly in the ski area (access to the ski area at approx. 50 m distance).
Luggage transport by snowmobile is possible (€10 per trip).
You can either drive by car up to approx. 15 minutes (snow chains required, all-wheel drive recommended) or comfortably take the cable car about 8 minutes away and park your car at the valley station.
The cozy hut consists of a living/sleeping room with a kitchenette including an electric stove, refrigerator, and a seating area with satellite TV, as well as a wood-burning stove with a viewing window.
The sleeping alcove has a double bed and a bunk bed.

The living area is approx. 30 sqm.
In the nearby inn, you can dine all day during the season (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and a bread roll service is also available.
