This holiday cottage, located in a renovated farmhouse adjoining the relaxation room, is situated in the heart of the countryside, 500 meters from a lake and 15 km from Ancenis.
It is part of a complex of three cottages (total capacity 14 people).
Direct access to the Green Way (a cycle path).
A south-facing terrace and a shared, unfenced garden of 2900 m² with a pétanque court are available.
Shared with the other cottages: a 60 m² relaxation room with a spa and an unheated indoor swimming pool (4.5 x 9 m - open from May to September).
The cottage is on one level and comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 160 x 190 cm bed, the other with two 90 x 190 cm beds), a shower room, and a separate WC.
Amenities include: Wi-Fi, a cot/high chair, a Tassimo coffee machine, and an electric griddle.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Pets are welcome free of charge.
Preferential rates are available for rentals of all the cottages.
