The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an extra bed, while the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a 90 cm and 140 cm sleeping surface, making it particularly suitable for children or teenagers.
The open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen invites you to spend time together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven.
A TV is available in the living area.
The bathroom is comfortably furnished and features two sinks and a bathtub with a shower option. Another highlight is the spacious terrace, which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the fresh mountain air. A parking space directly in front of the house is also available to guests. The holiday apartment Valentina impresses with its excellent location in the heart of the Tyrolean mountains.
The ski bus stops right next to the house and takes you to the lifts in just 5 minutes, three times in the morning.
In the afternoon, it also runs back three times – for a relaxed ski day (until mid-March approx.). When there is sufficient snow, the cross-country ski trail runs directly behind the house.
The apartment offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains. The region offers numerous excursion destinations: the Hohe Salve with a 360-degree panoramic view, Alpinolino Westendorf with nature experience stations, Ellmi's Enchanted World with puzzle stations for children, and Hexenwasser Söll – an adventure park focused on water and nature. A highlight is the approximately 300 m² garden, which guests can use together with us, the Fuchs family.
A trampoline, swing, and plenty of space for playing football, table tennis, or badminton ensure fun in the fresh air. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and offers direct, convenient access to the garden. We also live in the house and are happy to be available in person for any questions you may have.
At the same time, you can enjoy your privacy and spend your holiday undisturbed. The apartment captivates with its cozy atmosphere and magnificent mountain views – ideal for relaxation.
