Located at the peaceful back of Eden's Serviced Apartments and Suites, the Garden View Suite presents a spacious retreat with a lovely garden vista.
It includes a king-size bed, plus a double sofa bed perfect for families.
The property features a well-appointed communal kitchen on the lower floor with a secure garden and sunroom to relax in. Numerous restaurants and scenic walks are just across the way, with the High Street and town centre a mere ten-minute stroll. The space is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
We do have the option of putting a third bed in the room for budget friendly trips which will then accommodate 4 adults, but the space will be restricted. Enjoy a stylish and central stay at Eden House & Aquila House, Eden House is on Havre des Pas sandy beach in the heart of St Helier, the property benefits from having across the road one of the best examples of a public Victorian swimming pool called the Lido.
As a guest you have access to beautiful gardens & sun terrace’s, perfect for outdoor dining and BBQ’s.
The hotel is an 8-minute walk from St Helier’s high street.
Opposite the property along the beach promenade, there are numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy. Eden consists of several luxury self-contained apartments & suites, all with ensuite bathrooms, toiletries, Flat Screen smart TV’s, Fridges, king size beds, cotton linen and towels.
The lounge areas all convert into extra beds to accommodate additional guests.
Eden has free parking and bus routes right outside, which will take you island-wide.
The harbour is only a 2 minuet drive away or 15-minute walk. Unlike other hotels, Eden’s suites have access to a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas that lead down to the communal gardens, perfect for of a large well-equipped kitchen and dining areas which lead down to the communal gardens, perfect for guests who wish to self-cater. The whole building can be booked at a discounted rate for group or wedding bookings either happening at the Lido or for other island events such as conventions and sporting events.
We can host parties and private dining on the premises. Aquila House is situated on a quiet street of St Helier, nearer to the bus station, hospital and Elizabeth Castle.
You can access the high-street and West Park Beach within five minutes of walking.
Behind the Aquila Apartments is access to a lovely park with climbing frames and a cafe with alfresco.
Kensington Street is also a few minutes' walk from Aquila with a wide variety of restaurants

The House, kitchen and bedroom was excellent. Very nicely decorated, and Jade and Barry have thought of everything you need to be fully prepared away from home. I literally could not fault it. Lovely spacious out door areas and wonderful to sit in the sun. Room to store bikes and parking back.
