Just 15 minutes from Lake Garda, at the foot of Monte Baldo, on the right bank of the Adige Valley, lies a small village called Tessari, above which rises a solid, well-worked rock face, on which various sport climbing routes unfold: this rock gym is also known as "La Grattuggia." Chamois, clearly visible up close, are at home here, climbing these walls better than any climber.
On a nearby elevation, the Forte di Rivoli still seems to watch over the Adige Valley.
Between the river and canals, nestled among vineyards dotted here and there with colorful roses, Villa Tessari is a modern and very welcoming residence with a green garden, which also features a nice barbecue and children's games.
This space is completely fenced, making it suitable for welcoming four-legged friends as well.
Access to the villa and parking is through a manually operated sliding gate.
You can also park in an external parking space marked with blue lines for residents, and you can enter the villa's garden through a small side gate.
From the garden, you access the main entrance by climbing 6 steps.
Enter the large living room with laminate wood flooring, two three-seater sofas, two single sofa beds, a smart TV, and a garden-view terrace with an awning.
The living room connects to a spacious kitchen equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, table with chairs, and access to a covered terrace with a small table, overlooking the Valdadige and the courtyard behind.
From the living room, access the sleeping area by climbing 3 steps.
