The "Seeschlösschen" is a new dream apartment in the lower part of a detached beach house with direct beach access in the "MoMare" bay. It offers space for 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children.
Like our beach house "Glückskind," this apartment is fully equipped with solid oak floorboards and is therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers.
In the brightly lit, well-equipped kitchen, you will find everything a well-functioning household needs, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, and oven.
Even a SodaStreamer for making your own sparkling water is available, so you don't have to carry plastic bottles, and nature will thank you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.
The generous 160-liter hot water boiler ensures that up to 4 people can shower one after another.
In the light-flooded living room with a pellet stove, a cozy seating area offers a fantastic 180-degree panoramic view of the lake – enjoy the play of colors of nature from sunrise to sunset right from your sofa.
A total of 53 m² of living space + 15 m² of terrace are available, allowing you to fully enjoy your vacation without feeling cramped.
A cozy south-facing terrace with a lake view allows you to forget everyday life in the comfortable seating area.
Sun loungers and beach furniture are available to everyone on the lower level.
The Seeschlösschen is habitable all year round.
Punctually at the beginning of the colder season, from September to May, an outdoor sauna with a relaxation room, lake view, and direct beach access invites you to relax.
