Strictly no "schoolies", hens or buck's bookings. 7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28. 8. Smoking and vaping are prohibited both inside and outside the property. 9. No pets. 10. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. 11. The pool and spa equipment area is off limits.
Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests. 12. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout. 13.
