Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking. 11. The pool and spa equipment area is off limits.
Tampering can cause damage and repair costs may be charged to the guests. 12. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 3 days post-checkout. 13.
