23 Gull Court is an appealing single‑storey caravan set within Greenacres, a popular Haven holiday park in Morfa Bychan, Gwynedd.
Just a short stroll from the sweeping sands, this welcoming retreat offers off‑road parking, enclosed decking for relaxed outdoor living, and bright open‑plan interiors.
Guests can also enjoy access to the fantastic on‑site Haven amenities, making it an ideal base for a fun and comfortable coastal getaway.
Step inside to discover the heart of the home, where the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area seamlessly blend, creating a welcoming hub for family time after days spent by the sea. Prepare simple suppers with ease using the double gas oven and gas hob. Linger over meals at the dining table, then move to the sitting area to unwind, with the electric fire adding a warm glow on cooler evenings.
The caravan’s layout has been thoughtfully arranged for a small family or two couples sharing.
The king size bedroom enjoys its own en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, WC, walk in wardrobe and 22" TV, while a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC serves the twin bedroom and the rest of the living space.
WiFi is on hand for planning adventures or streaming favourite shows in the lounge on a 40" TV, alongside a DVD player.
Outside, the enclosed decking with furniture invites guests to bask in the fresh coastal air with a morning coffee or a relaxed drink as the sun goes down.
