A huge terrace offering a magnificent view of Lake Iseo and Montisola, and a bright, spacious two-room flat that is also fully accessible for disabled guests.
These are the highlights of the Monet holiday home, situated in Parzanica at 750 metres above sea level.
To these advantages, one must add the use of the communal swimming pool during the summer months to complete the picture: that of an ideal holiday apartment for a couple or a family of four.
THE SPACES Arranged on a single floor, the apartment covers an area of 40 m² (to which, however, the large outdoor terrace must be added). Access to the property is fully wheelchair-accessible.
Not only are there no architectural barriers inside to restrict mobility, but a convenient lift takes you from the car park (with a reserved parking space) to the property, leading onto a walkway that goes directly to the private terrace and the entrance to the building.
Before entering, it is impossible not to pause and take in the view from this terrace overlooking Lake Iseo.
Fully equipped with outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers) and covered by a pergola, the terrace offers a very spacious area and a spectacular view of the lake and the natural backdrop of the mountains surrounding it. From here, the entrance leads directly into the living room.
Dominated by the light colours of the stoneware flooring and the exposed timber beams of the high-pitched ceiling, this living room enjoys the same view as the terrace thanks to a very wide French window, which lets in plenty of natural light and fresh air. It is here that we find the fully equipped open-plan kitchen: in addition to the oven, fridge-freezer and induction hob, there is also a dishwasher and small appliances (kettle, coffee machine). The kitchen area is naturally complemented by the dining table, made of wood like the chairs.
On either side of the large French window are an armchair and a sofa, which converts into a bed to provide two additional sleeping places.
It is worth noting that the very high ceiling in this room has allowed for the creation of a mezzanine, which is, however, not accessible to guests.
Finally, to the side of the kitchen is the bathroom, which is equipped for disabled guests and wheelchair accessible.
In addition to the sink, shower and toilet with hand shower, there is also a washing machine here.
The bedroom, with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes, is separated from the living area by a sliding door and also has a large French window, allowing you to enjoy the view of the lake directly from the bed. The flat has independent heating and Wi-Fi and is situated in a small, quiet residential complex with a heated swimming pool and sunbathing area overlooking the lake.
The swimming pool is not equipped for disabled access, although the pool level itself is accessible.
The property’s location allows you to enjoy the proximity to the swimming pool whilst maintaining privacy and tranquillity, making Monet a well-balanced choice for those wishing to relax in a well-maintained setting with panoramic views.
