Superb apartment facing the bay (no road in front), located on the ground floor right on the seafront, with a private south-facing garden overlooking the bay—perfect for lunches and stunning sunsets.
The residence is secure with a code entry system and is very quiet. The 55 m² apartment features a spacious living area with a well-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, several coffee machines including a capsule machine, kettle, large dining table), and a lounge area with two comfortable sofa beds and a large flat-screen TV. There is a bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet. The beach is just 30 meters from the apartment, offering easy access to coastal activities and relaxation.
There is ample parking in front of the building, and a bike storage room is also available for your use. Please note that one small pet is allowed during your stay.
However, parties and events are not permitted on the property.
Families with children will appreciate the shared playground located just in front of the apartment.

Vue imprenable sur la baie, appartement spacieux et très confortable, très bien aménagé, et bien équipé. Très propre, très bonne literie.
Nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse comme nous l'aurions souhaité. Des voisines bruyantes et surtout sans gêne ont perturbé notre séjour...

Le confort de l’appartement rien ne manque !… la vue face à la Baie de Somme, ses couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse 🤩 la proximité des commerces restaurants bars.
Puis la découverte du littoral dans son ensemble 👍

Quel joli appartement, décoré avec goût, lumineux et très confortable, avec un équipement en matériel de cuisine complet et de qualité. Sans oublier la vue imprenable à 180 degrés plein sud sur la baie. Un séjour parfait avec des hôtes charmants.
