Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Bolhão, is just a 7-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen TV, and a dining table that can accommodate up to two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a microwave.
The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it. The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer.

Despite not booking this place in the first instant, this was offered to us after that property was withdrawn, the apartment was in a fabulous place, convenient to the metro and had a supermarket right opposite.
The apartment was perfectly suitable for our stay and was clean and tidy.

100% recomendable, la llegada es autónoma y muy sencilla. La zona en la que se encuentra es muy buena, tiene un supermercado enfrente, lugares de comida al rededor y sitios de interés muy cerca. Sin duda regresaríamos.
