This beautifully presented two bedroom home in Broughty Ferry combines thoughtful design with practical living.
With three bathrooms, two living areas and private outdoor space, it offers a comfortable and well equipped base for couples, small families or guests looking for a relaxed stay near the coast and local amenities. The property features two double bedrooms.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor and includes an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and level access, making it suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
The upstairs bedroom is bright and spacious, with a bath and separate shower, wardrobe storage, chest of drawers and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep.
Both bedrooms include mirrors, plenty of plug sockets and hairdryers for everyday convenience. With three bathrooms in total, mornings remain easy and unhurried.
Two bathrooms include separate showers, while the upstairs bathroom also features a bath. There are two comfortable living areas within the home.
The downstairs lounge includes a 32 inch television, while the upstairs lounge offers a larger screen and a cosy setting for relaxing in the evenings.
