Lake House has that familiar, home-from-home comfort, only with a far better view thanks to the floor to ceiling windows.
Whether you’re here with family, a group of your closest, or a couple of enthusiastic four-legged friends, everyone will quickly find their favourite spot to settle in. You’ll have full use of the lodge, the enclosed lakefront decking, the private hot tub, the outdoor dining area and the BBQ. The decking has direct access to the lake, and private parking is right outside the property. Check in from 3PM and check out by 10AM. You can arrive at your own pace with self check-in via key box, just give us a call if you have any issues. The house is pet friendly.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome (£35 per dog). A travel cot and high chair are provided.
Paddleboard hire is available on request, and decoration services can be arranged for special occasions. Quiet hours run from 10:30PM to 8AM, and we ask guests to respect the peaceful setting: No parties, and no smoking indoors. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: No hen or stag parties. All male groups only accepted with prior discussion due to previous issues we have had Everybody finds peace in a different way, and that’s how it should be. It's the perfect space to be active and explore, ideal for cycling, paddle-boarding, or just walking and enjoying the abundant wildlife and fresh air. South Cerney is only a few minutes away and is one of the area’s most established villages.
Think traditional stone cottages, small, friendly shops, lovely pubs and delightful cafés. Tree-lined lanes and village greens all lead directly towards scenic lakeside routes, so nature’s nearby even when you’re shopping. Cirencester is about 10-15 minutes by car and offers boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and a rich sense of history.
Kemble Station is also close, with direct trains into London, making this spot practical for quick weekend visits as well as longer stays. Lake House sleeps six across three bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with a balcony overlooking the water.
