Residence Excelsior offers completely independent mini-apartments and suites directly on the lake.
Unlike a standard hotel, we are pleased to host you in unique apartments – whether large or small, tailored to your needs! You will be staying in a historic 19th-century building.
This was once a popular meeting place to fully enjoy the beauty of the upper Lake Garda.
We place great importance on preserving the character of the original building through annual renovations. Spend your days actively by the lake, right outside your door.
Listen to the sound of the waves and enjoy absolute relaxation, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
Our location is ideal: the center of Riva del Garda is just a few minutes' walk away.
In the evenings, we recommend a stroll along the lakefront to a good restaurant, pizzeria, or ice cream parlor. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, sailing, surfing, canoeing, climbing, photography, diving, stand-up paddleboarding, painting, cycling, walking, or simply enjoying the "dolce far niente" (the beauty of doing nothing)! In the near future, numerous new projects will be realized near our Excelsior location, including the well-known lakeside cycle path stretching from Limone to Riva del Garda.
The famous Ponale road also runs in close proximity! Miscellaneous Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Check-out: from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM Tourist tax excluded: €1.50/person/night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
Minors under 14 years old are exempt. Pets allowed upon request.

Getting Here To get to our Residence Excelsior, please enter the following address into your navigation device: Via Gargnano, 2 (ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS: Via Giacomo Cis) ---------------- From Riva del Garda (North): Drive down the road towards Limone. CAUTION: DO NOT enter the first tunnel! You will see a sign on your right indicating our location; continue carefully. Take the road directly to the right of the tunnel and drive OVER the tunnel.
Drive down and pass the Ponale entrance.
You will then see two buildings on the right overlooking the lake; ours is at the end of the road. ---------------- From Limone (South): Drive through all tunnels towards Riva del Garda.
As soon as you have passed the last tunnel, turn around (we recommend turning at the clearing before the Ristorante Nazionale) and drive back towards the last tunnel, following the directions above. Apartment Description Mini B No. 21 - For 2 people, equipped with a double bedroom, a small bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen + refrigerator and microwave. Through the side door in the kitchen, there is direct access to the private jetty, which has a private staircase to enter the lake.
Sun loungers, table, large double bed 2x2m for sunbathing, barbecue, and a gazebo.
