Our 65m² holiday apartment is divided into 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, a cozy living room with a balcony, and a small storage room.
Bed linen, towels, and a hairdryer are also provided for you. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of dishes.
Of course, cable TV and Wi-Fi are also available.
We are happy to offer you a daily bread roll service. If you book the apartment for 2 people, please let us know if you need 1 or 2 bedrooms. Our house is ideally located for beautiful hikes in the summer and cross-country skiing and alpine skiing opportunities in the winter.
Our holiday apartment, completely renovated in 2018, is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony.
You can end your vacation day either on our sunbathing lawn or with a glass of wine on the balcony. Location: just a 5-minute walk to the center of Abtenau, you will find our cozy guesthouse in a quiet location. Coming from Salzburg: Take the Golling exit - drive 18 km towards Abtenau. In the center of Abtenau (at the Raiffeisenbank Abtenau), turn left towards the swimming pool - after approx. 200 m, take the second street on the right - at the end of the street, turn left - and immediately take the next right, past the kindergarten - from there it is still approx. 280 m to our house on the right side. Check-in: from 3:00 PM or by arrangement Check-out: until 10:00 AM or by arrangement

Lage im Ort ist ruhig, sehr sauber und zentral gelegen, wunderbare Gegend. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist topp, die Ausstattung perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden, falls wir nochmal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen wollen, ganz sicher wieder hier wohnen.
Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Eine tolle Fewo ! Sehr sauber, in der Küche war alles reichlich vorhanden, auch Hand- und Badetücher waren mehr als üblich vorhanden ! Sehr nette Vermieter, die sofort für einen da waren aber nicht aufdringlich waren!
Ein schöner kleiner Ort, mit Geschäften, Gastronomie , schönes Freibad usw!
