How do I change my password?

Changing your password on Holidu is quick and easy. You can reset your password through the Holidu app or website using the "Forgot Password?" option, even if you're not currently logged in.

Steps to change your password

1. Visit the Holidu website or open the Holidu app
2. Look for and click the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page
3. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account or your username
4. Submit the form
5. Check your email inbox for a message from Holidu with password reset instructions
6. Follow the link in the email to create your new password
7. Enter and confirm your new password
8. Save your changes

Important information about your Holidu account

Keep in mind that a Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation. Each guest must actively create their own account to access these account management features. If you have existing reservations and want to link them to your account, you can add them by entering your last name and booking code.

Password best practices

When creating your new password, consider the following:

• Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include numbers and special characters for added security
• Avoid using easily guessable information like birthdays or names
• Make your password at least 8 characters long
• Don't reuse passwords from other accounts or websites

Troubleshooting password reset issues

If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes password reset emails are filtered incorrectly. You can also try resetting your password again if the first attempt didn't result in receiving an email.
