I cannot log into my Holidu account, what do I do?

If you're having trouble logging into your Holidu account, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue. Follow these solutions to regain access to your account and manage your reservations.

Create a Holidu Account (for Guests)

A Holidu account is not automatically created when you make a reservation—you must set it up yourself. To create an account as a guest, follow these steps:

1. Go to holidu.com
2. Click Account in the top right corner
3. Select Log in for guests from the dropdown menu
4. On the login page, choose one of the following options:
   • Continue with Google, Apple, Facebook, or Microsoft, or
   • Select Continue with E-mail to create an account using your email address
5. Follow the prompts to complete the setup

Once your account is created, you can link any existing reservations by entering your last name and booking code.

Check for Typos

One of the most common reasons you cannot log in is a simple typo in your email address or password. Verify that there are no spelling mistakes, incorrect capitalization, or extra spaces when entering your login credentials. Even a single character out of place can prevent you from accessing your account. Take a moment to carefully review both fields before attempting to log in again.

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to the Holidu login page at holidu.com
2. Click Forgot Password located below the login fields
3. Enter the email address associated with your Holidu account
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Holidu
5. Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password
6. Log in using your email address and your new password

If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder to ensure it didn't end up there.
