Booking.com Cancelled Bookings
If your reservation has been cancelled through Booking.com, the refund process depends on your original payment option:
If you chose "Pay Now"
Your refund is fully managed by Booking.com. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund will be processed directly by Booking.com. For further assistance with your refund status, we recommend reaching out to Booking.com's customer service via chat or phone call.
If you chose "Pay On"
Holidu is responsible for processing your refund. Once your booking is cancelled, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method you used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank's processing speed, the refund should appear in your account within 2 to 4 business days.
Holidu Cancelled Bookings
If your reservation has been cancelled on Holidu, any applicable refund will be sent to the original payment method you used when making the reservation.
The refunded amount should appear in your bank account within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
Airbnb Cancelled Bookings
