At Holidu, we value your feedback. Your reviews help fellow guests make informed decisions and help us improve the holiday experiences we offer. Here's everything you need to know about leaving a review on Holidu.

How the Holidu Rating System Works

Guests can rate their overall stay on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest and 5 is the highest. The overall property rating is calculated by averaging all individual scores submitted by guests.

In addition to the overall rating, you can also leave subscores for specific categories such as:

• Location
• Cleanliness
• Description accuracy
• Value for money

Additional comments about your stay or type of trip (for example, family, couple, or solo travel) are also welcome and help other guests understand the experience better.

Who Can Leave a Review?

Only guests who booked and completed a stay via Holidu can leave a review. You can choose to submit your review anonymously or with your first name and the first initial of your last name for transparency.

If you booked through a partner website, their review terms and conditions will apply instead. To edit or delete a review you submitted through Holidu, please contact our Customer Service team.

What Reviews Do We Display?

We show reviews from both Holidu guests and trusted partner websites to give guests the complete picture when making their booking decision. You may see individual reviews with written text and scores, aggregated ratings compiled from multiple guests, and additional reviewer information such as travel party type or country of origin.

Reviews are sorted by date of booking and whether text is included. Other filters like guest type or rating score may be available to help you find the most relevant feedback.

For fairness, negative reviews below a certain score are only displayed if a property has at least two reviews in total.

We want all reviews to be genuine, respectful, and helpful. Your opinion matters—whether positive or negative. However, all reviews must meet our compliance standards to ensure a trustworthy community.

What Is Not Allowed

• Personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers, or full names
• Profanity, hate speech, threats, or violent content
• Fake or spam content

• Host-written reviews or reviews incentivized by the property
