The upload of my documents does not work, what can I do?

If you're experiencing issues uploading your documents, follow these steps to resolve the problem:

  • Ensure your documents are clear, legible, and in the correct format (JPG/JPEG are recommended) with a maximum size of 4 MB. Please note that screenshots of ID documents are not accepted by Adyen.
  • If you're still having trouble, try using a different web browser.
  • Should the issue persist, reach out to our support team through the contact form in your Holidu account.

My ID document got declined, what can I do?

If your ID document was declined, it may not meet the required specifications. Double-check that it fulfills these requirements to resubmit successfully.

Your ID document must meet these basic requirements:

  • It should not be expired.
  • The photo ID must have the machine-readable zone visible (if applicable) and be a physical photo ID.

For passports and ID cards, ensure the following:

  • Separate files for front and back (if providing an ID card or driver's licence).
  • Full-colour, cropped, and straightened images.
  • The document is a photo or scan, not a screenshot, printout, or photo of a screen.

Considerations for France

French national ID cards issued between January 2, 2004, and December 31, 2013, have a validity extension of 5 years beyond the original expiration, making them valid for 15 years. This extension does not apply to IDs issued to minors or other document types.

Considerations for Greece

We recommend using your passport for identification.

My bank account is a joint bank account. Can it be used for payouts?

Yes, a joint bank account can be used for payouts on Holidu. You'll need to provide proof showing the names of both account holders for verification and processing.

Where can I find my business registration details?

You'll find your business registration details on an official document that is issued by a reliable source, like the local commercial register, and is no older than 12 months or includes a signature with a matching state date.

Cross-check that your business name, registration number, and other details match your official documents to avoid delays. Refer to the country-specific information below to locate the correct business registration details for your location.

Which requirements does a bank account proof have to fulfill?

Bank account proofs can take various forms. Accepted documents include bank statements, deposit tickets or forms, screenshots of online banking, official bank-issued letters, and cheques.

Your bank account proof must show the following information:

  • The account holder's name matching your legal entity name.
  • The account number or IBAN.
  • Date of issuance within the last 12 months (exemptions apply for RIBs, cheques, or TAMIEYTHPIO).
  • Bank-issued indicators like the bank name or logo.

If a trading name is used, a supporting document may be necessary to connect it to the legal entity.

Additional Requirements for IBANs

Your IBAN must belong to a SEPA country for account verification. Holidu supports payouts to the following SEPA countries:

Why am I asked to log in to my Online Banking?

You have two options to verify your bank account: instant verification through Online Banking or uploading a Bank Account Proof document. Online Banking verification is secure and immediate, providing real-time confirmation of your account details. If you prefer not to use Online Banking, you can upload a bank statement, which may take up to 72 hours to verify.

Is there a risk of me not receiving my payments?

As long as you provide the proper documentation matching the bank account holder, there is no risk to receiving your payments. For companies, the documentation should match the decision-makers listed in your business registration.

What will happen with the copies of the documents I previously shared with Holidu?

Holidu handles your data following strict privacy and data security policies to ensure confidentiality and protection of your personal information. If you have concerns about your data or wish to request data deletion, please contact us through the contact form.

I don't trust this company to have my documents.

Will I get confirmation when I submit all the information?

Yes, once your information is verified and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Holidu. This email confirms that your account verification is complete and your account is ready for payouts.
