Understanding Your Invoices on Holidu

Your Holidu account provides you with access to multiple types of invoices, including payout invoices, commission invoices, and cancellation fee invoices. All of these documents are available in one convenient location within your host dashboard.

It's important to note that invoices become available to download only from the day your guest no longer has the benefit of free cancellation, according to your configured cancellation policies. This means invoices won't be accessible before that specific date.

How to Access Your Invoices

Follow these simple steps to locate and view your invoices:

  1. Log into Your Host Account: Access your Holidu host dashboard by logging in with your credentials.
  2. Click on "More": Look for the "More" option located on the top right of your dashboard.
  3. Select "Invoices": From the dropdown menu, choose "Invoices." This will display a complete list of all your invoices, including payout, commission, and cancellation invoices.
  4. Locate Specific Invoices: If you're looking for a particular invoice, use the Booking ID filter to quickly find it.
  5. Apply Date Filters: Click on "Filters" to select a specific time period you want to review. Remember that the date range between your "From" and "To" dates cannot exceed 12 months.
  6. Download Your Invoices: After applying your filters, click on "Bulk download" to download all selected invoices at once.

Understanding Cancellation Fee Invoices

When you cancel a guest reservation, a cancellation fee invoice is issued. This fee is automatically deducted from your next available payout when applicable. No manual bank transfer is required on your part, as Holidu handles this process automatically.

Important Considerations and Limitations

Primary Email Access

Only the primary email address associated with your Holidu account can access the invoices and payouts sections. If you have collaborators on your account, they will not have access to these financial documents and sections.

Bulk Download Options

Bulk downloading is exclusively available through a web browser on your computer. This feature is not supported on mobile devices or through the Holidu mobile app. If you need to download multiple invoices, please use the web version of your account.

Date Range Selection

When selecting a date range for your bulk download, note that the dates refer to when the invoices were issued. The maximum period you can select is 12 months. If you need invoices from a longer period, you'll need to perform multiple downloads with different date ranges.

Invoice Availability Timeline

Invoices are only available on the Holidu platform from the day your guest loses the right to free cancellation based on your configured cancellation policy. They will not be accessible before this date. Keep this in mind when searching for invoices from recent bookings.

Account Ownership

Each Holidu account is assigned to a single host, and it is not possible to co-register an account. All invoices issued will be registered in the name of the account owner. This means invoices cannot be issued to multiple names or co-owners.
