As a host on Holidu, you can easily access and download all your invoices and payouts directly from your account. Whether you need to retrieve a single invoice or download multiple documents at once, the process is straightforward and accessible from your dashboard.
How to access your invoices
To view and download your invoices as a host on Holidu:
- Log in to your Holidu host account
- Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
- Select My invoices from the expandable menu
- You will now see all your available invoices, including payout, commission, and cancellation invoices
How to download invoices
Once you are in the Invoices section, you have several options to download your documents:
- Filter by date: Click Filters and choose the time period you want to review
- Search by Booking ID: Use the Booking ID filter to quickly locate a specific invoice
- Download individual invoices: Click the download button next to each invoice
- Bulk download invoices: Select multiple invoices and click Bulk download to download them all at once
Note: Invoices become available to download from the day the guest can no longer cancel for free, based on the cancellation policy you configured.
How to download payouts
To access and download your payout information:
- Log in to your Holidu host account
- Click on Financials in the left-hand menu
- Select the payout section from the expandable menu
- Apply date filters as needed by clicking Filters and selecting your desired time period
- Download your payout documents individually or use the bulk download feature to retrieve multiple payouts at once
How to access your hosts' invoices in a PME account
If you manage multiple hosts through a Property Management Entity (PME) account, you can access invoices for your managed hosts:
- Log in to your Holidu PME account
- Click on Hosts in the left-hand menu
- Select the host whose invoices you want to view from the list
- Click on the Invoices tab on the host's page
- Use the Booking ID filter to search for specific invoices if needed
- Click Filters and choose the time period you want to review
- Download invoices individually or use Bulk download to retrieve multiple invoices at once
Important considerations
- Primary email access: Only the primary email associated with your account can access the Invoices and Payouts sections. Collaborators do not have access to these features
- Bulk download availability: Bulk download is available only via web browser and is not supported on mobile devices or in the app
- Date range limits: When downloading invoices in bulk, the date range between the "From" and "To" dates cannot exceed 12 months
- Invoice availability: Invoices appear on the platform only from the day the guest loses the right to free cancellation, based on your configured cancellation policy. They are not accessible before that date
- One host per account: Each Holidu account is registered to a single host. Invoices are issued in the name of the registered host and cannot be co-registered
Understanding cancellation fee invoices
Cancellation fee invoices are issued when a host cancels a guest booking. The cancellation fee is automatically deducted from your next available payout where applicable, so no manual bank transfer is required on your part.
