Getting your property listed on Holidu is straightforward. We operate in selected European countries, so the first step is confirming your property is in one of our covered regions. If it is, our local teams are ready to help you get started.

How to get started
If your property is in one of our covered countries, follow these steps:
- Visit holidu.com/host to create your account
- Complete the registration form with your property details and location
- Click Create a new property once your account is approved
- Fill in all required information including address, photos, and amenities
- Submit your listing for review
If you already use a separate channel manager, still submit the form on our host portal.
Understanding your listing status
New listings are not published immediately. Your property enters a verification and onboarding process where our team reviews your submission to ensure quality and compliance with local regulations.
Your listing remains in pending or review status until all required information and documentation are approved.
Why is my property not published yet?
There are several reasons your listing may still be under review:
- Location outside our markets: If your address is outside our covered countries, you'll receive an email explaining this
- Missing property details: Address, high-quality photos, or complete amenities list not yet provided
- Incomplete documentation: Legal documents or business verification not fully submitted
- Account verification pending: Identity checks or valid bank details still needed
- Platform guideline compliance: Property details need adjustment to meet our standards
What if I get stuck during setup?
If you encounter issues completing your listing, check the following:
- All mandatory fields are completed (marked with asterisks)
- Your bank, tax, and identity information is accurate
- You've responded to any documentation requests from our team
- Your browser is up to date

When will my listing go live?
Once you submit all required information and documentation, our Sales team reviews your property. After approval, you'll receive an email confirmation and your listing becomes visible on Holidu and our partner sites.
Review timeframes vary depending on your country and the completeness of your submission. If you haven't heard back after several business days, reach out to our Sales team.
